Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods Due To PCOD

hi i m 21 yrs old......i m sufferinf from polycystic ovarian syndrome due to ehich i have irreular periods........i m undergoing treatment but of no use.......due to this my skin has become very dry and weight is not increasing........i m going in july to US.......plz suggest me what to do??????
