Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods Due To Hormonal Imbalance

Hie,im 26yrs old,weigh 65 kgs n i got my periods wen i was 18.dey hv been irregular ever since,smtimes i dnt get my periods even for 4 mths.as a result iv put on alot of weight.iv been 2 a doctor,she told me i hv a hormonal imbalance,i tuk oral contraceptives for 3 mnths but til nw it hasnt bcm regular.im realy worried as im gona get married in a few yrs time n love children n want 2 hv my own babies.wil i b able 2.pls reply.
