Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods In Case Of PCOD

Im 25 yrs old girl.married one n half year back.we planned to have baby after two years and i have irregular periods for years but will stop within a wk.but after marriage my period never stops for one month or 40days.i have taken scan and my doc told i hav polysyst ovaries..and asked to reduce wght.what should i do? Plz help me out
