Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods With Back Pain And Cramps

Hi .I got pcos after my first baby in Apr 2012..also got thyroid ..using med for it continuously ..also had yasmin for 9 months ..stopped taking it from Jan 2014 wants to be pregnant.After that again started irregular period.my last period was on 10 June bt now 14 Aug did not get any period.having severe back pain and also stomach cramps..negative pregnancy test.what to do please help?
