General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello madam,
Thank you for posting on HCM.From your symptoms i suspect you are suffering from PolyCystic Ovary Syndrome or PCOS.It is the most common hormonal disorder in young females.Lab tests and ultrasound scanning is required for confirmation.Once the diagnosis is made, hormonal therapy is the treatment of choice.Lifestyle modifications and dietry changes are also helpful. If left untreated PCOS can lead to many complications including Obeisity ,infertility, Heart disease, Diabetes etc.
So i advise you to see a Gynecologist as soon as possible.
Hope my answer has helped you.
Thank you
