Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods With Headaches And Sore Breast

i want to start off by saying that my cycle is irregular. my last cycle was february 6-10th. according to a chart my fertile days were the 15-19th and ovulation day was the 20th. my boyfriend and i had intercourse from the 11th-25th and on and off after that. i started spotting on the 22nd and stopped. then it picked up again on the 24th and hasnt stopped since. i am concerned if it is normal? i was thinking it could be implantation bleeding. but then anothe doctor said it was cuts from the edometrium that causes me to bleed. my spotting is pinkish/brown like dry and sometimes reddish pink. i have symptoms of pregnancy i believe. headaches, cramps, sore breasts, sore stomach sides and tired. i asked if it could be a cyst and a doctor online here told me that no way. but i wouldnt know. im trying to concieve. i hope that it is not bad. please help. i am not on any medication. thank you.
