Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods

hi, i suffer from irregular periods, i have a sexual relationship with my boyfriend and have done so for 8 months now, we use no protection! we have regular sex but sometimes i bleed during it, not every time just if we havnt had it for a few days i will bleed, i also get extremely moody and suffer from atomach cramps, im also extremely tired all of the time!
