Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods

Hello Sir, No proper or regular periods for my wife since last 6 months. When we consulted endocrinologist and Gynacolgist seperately. They diagnosed and decided that, She has thyroid and water bubbles in uterus. Is it any serious prblem. What could be the reason for bubbles in uterus. Not sure of bubbles whether in uterus or on uterus. Please suggest me..
