General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
I share your concern
Irregular periods warrants detailed evaluation to find out the underlying cause which could be any of following
Hormonal imbalances
PCOD polycystic ovarian disease
Endometriosis
Stress and anxiety related
Diet

In my opinion you should consult your nearest gynaecologist for clinical examination and a battery of tests to establish a cause.
I would advise you for hormonal studies and an ultrasound

Thanks for your question
Best wishes
