Hi,

First possibility for 2 months absent periods in childbearing vatate is possibility of pregnancy. You need to exclude pregnancy by doing a home pregnancy test.

If pregnancy is -ve, it can be Severe weakness or anemia/debilitating disease/hormonal imbalance(ovarian or thyroid or pituitary problems.

For managing the problems. Detailed examination & investigations are needed. Please consult a gynecologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
