Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods

Normally my period comes on 10th of every month for 4-5 days but it's come twice this month, my period comes again today after I had sex with my husband. I'm really worry about it. Is it something wrong? It never happen to me before. I'm 24 years old and I just had a full blood test on February this year and I had some vacines shots.Thanks,
