Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods

hiii doctor i have history of irregular periods.its pcod as detected,i was on ocp for 3 months,i get my periods in this phase but again facing same problem after i stopped taking them, now i am on primolut and got my periods,but only cramps i m getting n scanty brown patches
