Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods

Iam 32yrs female, unmarried with FSH and LH deficiency. And my menstruation was stopped by 2001. there is any treatment for me to get my regular periods, and iam having a retroverted uterus and also small in size. whether iam having a chance to get pregnancy in a natural way. Pls advise me.
