Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods

i am having period problem after i did abortion in 2008 there is spotting after period, another problem is i had taken pednisolone for allergie treatment my period has become irregular, do steriod disturbs period as this month i did not have period? i am not pregnant. i am having itiiching in the vagina having white discharge,i have done paps smear it was 2010 april it was inflamatory smear.shall i wait for my period? i am worried i have 2 kids
