Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods

sir i am having improper menstural period i,e i am having s period after three months or two and half months often . i am 35 year old .when i applied copper T for three years it was normal but now aftre three years when i removed it since then it is abnormal.i have 7 year old daughter.
