Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods

hello doctor, im having irregular periods nd im not having periods foe last four months.on may 2nd i checked whether i was pregnant nd the result was negative nd then i took primaloute for periods and im didnt hav periods till nw so i cheecked once more and it shows im pregnant . i hav tins and they are just 1nd half years old ,so im not prepared for preganacy . please help me doctor by giving the right way for abortion.
