Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods,spotting With Clots And Back Pain

hi yes my name is maria im 29 years old and i had a tubal ligation 4 years ago, i had syst a year ago and now im having some pain and irregular period , i was supost to have my period on the 6th but i only had my breast kind of humid and no period, i stared on the 13th, spotting only on the third day i had big clots with pain on my back then it stopted for a whole day, then i started with pain and spotting again what could that be?
