Suggest Treatment For Irregular Shaped Spots On Inner Thighs

Hi I have some spots on my inner thigh and I wanted to know what it could be. I noticed it this summer after being in Costa Rica and being exposed to more sunlight than normal. I am hispanic and the marks are darker than my skin and theyre irregularly shaped. Less than a dime size in diameter

they are result of heat sweat ,causing dermatitis. can apply caladryl lotion. in day time can apply sun screen lotion. keep wath on progress and and spread to other part of body. it should subside and improve.
