Suggest Treatment For Irritated And Swollen Vagina

hi i have a vaginal issue...at first the lips were irritated and really itchy and now thats gone but my clitoris is very sensative to touch when wiping and a bit swollen and a bit painful. i thought it was because of the undergarmets i wear but im not sure anymore. help!
