Suggest Treatment For Irritated Raised Bumps In Hair Line Behind Right Ear

i have raised bumps/knots in my hair line behind my right ear.they irritate me when i scratch them they seem like they get hard bigger,then go back down and scab then i scratch them same thing get big hard over and over.i have pets that sleep with me does that have any thing to do with it?

I really appreciate your concern, it may be some skin lesion and this can be treated with steroid preparation and best would be "Beclomethasone" cream, if this fails to response then it is better to get done the clinical examination, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
