My son is in great physical health..to look at him.. He is 35. 9 months ago he went for a run and his inner thighs felt like they were on fire.. the skin is where the irritation is. says it feels like he has constantly got a friction burn..had a rash that lasted 2 days then went away..no allergies, has not changed diet, Doctors cant figure it out..They are now checking for nerve damage..any ideas?
