Suggest Treatment For Irritation And Stinging Sensation In Labia

i have red lines like cuts on the folds of my labia. they sting and itch. i just recently had a yeast infection, used the one-day treatment monistat thing three days ago. now my yeast infection seems to be gone, but these lines have appeared and are very irritating. i have had occasional problems with lines like this since i was a very young child. what is wrong with me and how can i feel better/avoid them in the future?
