Suggest Treatment For Irritation In My Throat

I had some irritaion in the throrat yesterday and coughed and the there was slight blood in the spit which came out also no I feel as the right side insde is bruised, I am allergic to dust. My age is 35 I used to smoke and had given up but for the last 10 days have started smoking again my weight is 72 Kgs and fom today morning I have a certain heaviness in my head too

Hello,

The blood in the spit could be related to local throat irritation or inflammation, due to hard coughing. For this reason, there is no reason to panic. I would just recommend using a local antiseptic spry for your throat. If the bleeding persists, consulting with your attending physician.
