Suggest Treatment For Irritation In The Labia

I ve been treated for pudendal nerve pain with two blocks, accupuncture and laser treatments. I am now doing extensive therapy per self at home. It seems as though my outer labia is most irritated. This will be two years of suffering this October. Any suggestions.
