Hi,
Kindly visit a dermatologist regarding pimples.
The following medications will be helpful
1. A soap containing BHA (beta hydroxy acid) - kindly wash your face with this.
2. Use a product containing benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid - clears the skin
3. For scars - use a cream containing Kojic Acid

Regards
Dr.Riyanka
