Suggest Treatment For Itchiness In Genital Area.

I am 24 years old and over the past few days I have been expereincing a extrmely itchy genital area. At first I thought it could be thrush so I used the canesten pessary which has worked and I no longer have internal itching. I am however, left with itchy at the mouth and lips of my vagina and my clit. I have previously had genital warts in the past and the itchy symptoms are the same. Could the warts be returning? I cannot handle the itchiness anymore, what could it be?
