Suggest Treatment For Itchiness In Hands, Feet, Groin Area

Hi Doc A few days ago I developed really itchy hands, feet, groin. I saw my GP and he thought it might be scabies. I used the scabies lotion treatment and left it on for roughly 20 hours. Today I have just noticed numerous tiny black (almost blackhead looking) dots on my palms and fingers but nowhere else on my body. Any idea what this may be? fungal? Cheers :)

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, chances of scabies could be very likely and this can be well managed with "Gama benzene lotion" to be applied on whole body for three days and have hot water bath, it may not be fungal infection, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
