Suggest Treatment For Itching And Black Spots On The Skin

I take bactrim for bacterial infection and when i take it my skin burn and itch and turn black in certain spots i have 4 black spots in my face and my cheeks and my forehead my lips when i take bactrim the spots get red and the darken in the same spots

Hi,

You seem to have drug induced rash called fixed drug eruption. It is caused by sulfa in your case. Bactrim is sulfonamide. The FDE is common side effect caused by sulfa. So, you should avoid all drugs containing sulfa.

Whenever, you have infection..you may take macrolides like azithromycin.

You consult the dermatologist for the perfect treatment.
