Suggest Treatment For Itching And Bruises Around The Labia Majora, Unknown Clear Discharge, Stomach Ache And Weight Loss

Hello doctor, I had sex three weeks ago after 8 years of no sex since I was raped as a 12 years old girl. I decided to have sex again, first it was very painful, I was irritated yet he still couldn t penetrate(his cap struggled to enter with pain but he had to remove it as the pain was unbearable). After I got home, I started scratching my body. I took postinor 2 to prevent pregnancy and I saw blood after a week of positinor 2 - more like menstruation for 3 days. So I decided to repeat the pant I wore to have sex today, to discover that it has ants in it(I have never has ants in my panties) only it had ants. No other pant had ants. Then for a week now, I have been scratching my vaginal as it s itchy, more like the labia majora something, and yesterday I realized I had bruises and little blood was there. And I have abnormal discharge - it was clear and it wasn t smelling, no foul smell. And recently I have been having stomach ache slightly, and I loss weight too. Please what is wrong with me.? Please, I am so scared.

Hello,

You seems to have a local infection. Only a local examination can correctly diagnose the infection. Bruising and blood could be due to abrasions caused by scratching. It is not a serious issue so you need not be so worried. Most common infection if fungal. So you can try using clotrimazole cream which is available as over the counter drug.

You can use it for 3 days and see if it is working. If you are getting relieved of the symptoms then you can use it for 5 days. Is symptoms persist despite using the cream then it could be due to other infections like bacterial vaginosis, trichomoniasis gonorrhea for which the treatment is different and this needs to be confirmed with clinical examination.

You can also do a urine routine examination to rule out urinary tract infection as you are having abdominal pain. Hence, for time being do a urine routine test and start on clotrimazole cream. If symptoms are not relieved then you can consider meeting a healthcare provider for local examination and diagnosis.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
