Suggest Treatment For Itching And Bruising Feeling After Hysterectomy

I have have had 2 major hernia surgeries, the second with mesh. Most of the time I feel ok, but sometimes I get an itching and deep bruising/pulling feeling is this just irritated scar tissue maybe from over doing it? Because of my hysterectomy and first hernia surgery I don t have hardly any feeling below my belly button to the top of my pubis. The itching feels like it is inside and just drives me crazy. The only relief is when I actually push and rub, it hurts but relieves the itching.
