Suggest Treatment For Itching And Bumps On The Legs

Hi, my sister has been getting symptoms where she gets itchy all over her legs, and when she itches it, it turns into a big blob of white clump, almost as if it was a hard white lump. Her symptom usually gets really bad at night to the point where she keeps itching while it bruises. But after she wakes up, the bruises remain and the bumps are gone until she goes back to bed. And no, there are no signs of any bed bug as we do investigate daily.
