Suggest Treatment For Itching And Burning In Belly Button

3 days ago i had itching and burning around my belly button. Never having any issues with my belly button, I discovered a very dark bloody growth inside the upper area. It has mildly red margins and i have a moderate burning sensation above my belly button. The dark are does not hurt, any discomfort is within the surrounding area. Since last night i am having some mild to moderate nausea.

Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you have infection around the belly button site leading to the symptoms that you are experiencing..
As belly button is the area where there can be accumulation of sweat and debris and it can lead to bacterial infection and cause redness, lump formation, pain, itching and burning..
I would suggest you to consult a General physician and get evaluated and in case of infection you will be advised to take antibiotics like Ciprofloxacin, anti-inflammatory painkiller like Naproxen, clean the are with antiseptic liquid and apply antimicrobial and steroid ointments..
Keep the area clean and dry..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
