Suggest Treatment For Itching And Burning Sensation In Vagina

Hi, I m 14 and my vagina is itchy from the clitoris leading down to the lips, it also burns and its very dry and more wrinkly I m on my period could it be something to do with that?! I m embarassed to tell anyone about this because I think its abnormal please can you help it would be much appreciated:) I m scared in case any things wrong with me?
