Suggest Treatment For Itching And Foul Smelling Vagina

I'm 14 and a virgin, and 2 weeks ago I found my downbelow was smelling real bad so my mom got me some cream from the chemist, the smell went away and I then started feeling uncomfortable down below and a bit itchy, so I continued with the cream until the prescribed day and it's now itchy and hurts when I pee! Not really bad but it's SO iratating, I don't want to go to our doctor and have him cheek down below, I wouldn't mind as much just talking, but I want No one looking down there! What should I do ?!? I'm confused and worried it'll get worse!! Please help
