Suggest Treatment For Itching And Irritation In Vagina

I've never had a yeast infection before so I'm not sure if that's what I have. I just finished taking a round of antibiotics recently so I'm wondering if that's what caused it. My symptom is just itching & mild irritation around my vaginal area but no discharge or odor. I just used the bathroom and was a bit constipated. My stool had white pieces of what looked like broken up toilet paper all in it. I had a very small tiny bit of blood as well. Do I need to see the Dr? Wondering what this is??
