Suggest Treatment For Itching And Red Patches On Scrotum

hi...doctor...now its around been a week since mine scrotum is itching like hell.....i had put lotion on it 3-4 times but its not working.....nd now there is a red patch on right side nd a fluid like discharge(which smells like yakk)....what can i do...?? Plz tell...my age is 18 (i dont know itz of any use)

It may be due to fungal infection and secondary bacterial infection. You can take local anti-fungals with antibiotics to see better results.
