Suggest Treatment For Itching And Sore Wound On Scrotum
Hey! I m have this problem in my groin area... My scrotum itches all the time and if I go to the restroom to scratch this black stuff falls from my scrotum into the toilet or compiles under my nails. Also No matter what I do that area builds a tremendous amount of moisture and gives off a weird odor... I have scratched so much sometimes I break skin and now my scrotum is sore from all the scratching and skin breakage from scratching HELP I WANT THIS OVER WITH!!

You need to see a doctor in person since this might be Syphilis stage 1 or another STD. I fully understand that this is not pleasant, but you have no other choice if you want to get rid of that.
