Suggest Treatment For Itching And Swelling After Breast Implants

I have breast implants, went to see ps yesterday I have baker 5 incapsulation in left breast, right breast is twice the size of left due to swelling, severe itching with rash that comes and goes ps want to remove implants and capsule. I believe I should have an MRI, he says no because he wants to remove everything

The rejection reaction sounds very severe.
You can have an MRI, but with such servere infection, everything has to be removed.
