Suggest Treatment For Itching And Swelling In My Vagina

I have been having trouble with my vagina as of late. Last week i had swollen itchy vulva which went away but now I feel like there is almost something inside of my vagina. it almost feels like there is a tampon in there and it's very uncomfortable. help
