Hi, felt slight itching over the past few days around foreskin area, pulled back to have a look and there is 2 really tiny white spots on penis end when pulled skin back, isnt painful at all but can get uncomfortable, i shower twice a day so nothing wrong witb personal hygiene, am sexually active so dont know whether it may be because my foreskins just irritated by the friction causing the tiny spots or wether it may be something else, any thoughts? Hello,

White patches that form on the penis could be a sign of lichen sclerosus. It's a skin condition that's more common in those who aren't circumcised.

In addition to white spots that grow larger as the disease progresses, the skin of the penis can also become itchy and more fragile.

Therefore I suggest consulting a skin specialist for physical examination, diagnosis and treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. K. V. Anand
