Suggest Treatment For Itching Around The Clitoris

Hi doctor..at first I had some itching around my clit which I did clean at interval and made sure am dry and itching stopped .. during that time there was a time tissue like discharge appeared but later ended. on the same the discharge had bad smell and I tried to use some natural remedy by tying a garlic clove and dipping it in the vagina for some two nights which stopped for some days ...that was three months ago.....It has been disturbing me bcoz I have been having smelly discharge ....last two weeks ago I bought some medicine from as chemist after I explain the situation.... they gave me fluçonazole for 3 days,and ciprocant 7 days dose i gess it the name ...after the dose the discharge and smell vanished .it s a wk now n I see some white discharge seems to have particles in it And the smell is not strong like before ...plz help
