Suggest Treatment For Itching In Right Part Of Scrotum

Hi, please for the past 24hrs now i feel itchings at the right part of my scrotum out of fear i use a hot balm on it and the itching stop but i realised it has swollen to larger size spreading to my penis and when i press the read it goes in without coming out in time what should i do.

it appears to be fungal infection. apply candid ointment and take tab levocetrizine 5 mg daily.the symptoms are definitely fungal, have itching and are spreading.spreding and other reaction
