hello doctor, last couple of days my penis has been itching and a little red with some spots, i have used hydrocortisone cream thrice now and there has been slight improvement but the itch is still there, i have a normal sex life with my wife just for your info, also i just completed a course of amoxcillin antibiotic for my tooth infection, can you kindly advise

As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like Betamethasone for symptomatic relief. If the lesion persists, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
