Suggest Treatment For Itching In The Scrotum And Buttocks

Scrotum itch And Bumps in the Inner Side of my Thigh I have this problem now for a week and tried to research what may be the cause but I wanted to make sure. First of all, I doubt that this is a Jock Itch because the are no rashes. It s just that the left side of my groin is different in color in color than my right side, to give image, it s sort of gray. Then at the side of my there are these bumps where my skin peels of. I don t know what this is but they really are itchy and it bothers me especially at night. Do you know what this is? It would really help me if some sort of a treatment will be given to me. Thanks in advance. As per details, it seems that you are suffering from a condition called tinea cruris
It is a fungal infection of skin involving folds.
it may present with greyish / red colred/ black colored pigmentation of involved area.
