Suggest Treatment For Itching In The Vaginal Labia

Hi, I m 18. Recently, frequence itching occur at my labia minora and has a dark color, almost black. The itching is not severe, only a little irritation but it wouldn t stop. There are also small amount of odor-less white discharge and there is a white spot in my labia minora. And about the color, this is the 1st time i ever check my labia minora so i don t really know what its color is before but it seems to get much darker. Is it normal? Is it serious? or is it just a puberty thing? are there any home remedies? oh, i also have a habit of rubbing hard when showering. Could that be the reason? Please advice.
