Suggest Treatment For Itching In Vaginal Area With Brown Discharge

I've been having burning/itching in the vaginal area for the past week. Yesterday I noticed a pale brownish discharge and this morning there was a bit of bleeding and the pee was a dark yellow/pale brown when I urinated. Only recently it started burning a lot whenever I pee and there really isn't that much urine every time. I was wondering if this is a yeast infection that I can cure with any drugstore medication or if it may be anything else.
