Suggest Treatment For Itching In Vaginal Area

Hi, I had a misscarrage 2 weeks back, after that I found foul smell in my urine n white discharge for which i consulted doctor.She took culture sample n asked some blood n urine exam but since then(after taking culture) i m having severe itching in my vaginal area.. i m also using metrogel vaginal antibacterial cream.. but still itching is severe.. can u sugest what should i do n what could be the reason for this ..
