Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query have symptoms of itching on face and neck. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like contact dermatitis , skin infection , eczema, bug bite and other medical condition. Need not to worry. Avoid touching or pricking rashes. I would suggest you to stop using any cosmetic product , only apply petroleum jelly , protect your skin from sun exposure , and apply broad spectrum sunscreen when in exposure to sun . Also take over the counter antihistamine like benadryl. You should apply cold compresses to itching area. Consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor will examine physically , take history , order skin test for allergy and blood test . Doctor may order corticosteroid ointment , anti allergic medicine , antibiotics and may alter the dose of or prescribe substitute .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
