I VE BEEN HAVING PROBLEM ON MY RIGHT CHEEKS AND TO THE BOTH SIDE OF THIGHS NEXT TO THE TESTIS .. IT SEEMS TO BE LIKE AM GETTING SOME SPOTS WHICH SEEMS TO BE LIKE ACNE..OR LIKE A RING ...I HAVE USED BETNOVATE C AND SURFAZ-SN TO GET RID IF THE PROBLEMS .. WHEN I USE IT CONTINOUS FOR 2 OR 3 DAYS IT REDUCCES THE ITCHINGS AND THE SPOTS AS WELL BUT THAT COMES AGAIN

Please top using betnovate c and surfas. Betnovate is a steroid. What you are describing sounds like a fungal infection and applying a steroid over it will only make it worse.
You should apply an antifungal such as terbinafine cream twice a day along with an antihistamine tablet such as levocetrizine twice a day.
