Suggest Treatment For Itching Throughout The Body During Pregnancy
HI, my wife(28 months pregnant) month is facing severe itching throughout her body and not able to sleep for 4 nights. She met the doctor(Gyno) and went for a SGPT test thru Blood test and found 210 unit per ml (Haemetology- liver-SGPT) and has been adviced URSOKEM(ursodeoxycholic acid). Although, don't have much improvement. Please advice.

you can also use some topical agent like histocalamine lotion 3 to 4 times a day to relieve itching.
you have not mentioned about the dose of ursodeoxyxholic acid.
let her have 300 mg thrice daily initially
once itching subsides gradually reduce to 150 mg.hope my answer helps you
